What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role (agency experience is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in web technologies, with certifications in META and Google tools
- Experience in agile environments and project management
- Fluency in English and French; Swiss-German is a plus
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEA, and campaign tracking tools (GTM, GA4)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a focus on ROI optimization
- Familiarity with CRO principles and hands-on experience in campaign management
Responsibilities
- Take client briefs and actively participate in calls for tender
- Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns (Search, Display, Social, etc.)
- Set up and manage advanced tracking (GTM, GA4, Pixels)
- Create and implement paid and organic strategies aligned with client objectives
- Manage budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Build client relationships through reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Oversee project management tasks, ensuring smooth collaboration between expertise areas
- Analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations, and drive improvements
- Monitor all channels to maintain effective performance and adapt to trends
- Collaborate with creative teams to design conversion-focused ads
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Excel, Google Data Studio
- Strong skills in tracking tool like GTM
