As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be at the heart of our creative department, tasked with designing high-quality visuals that meet the needs of our national and international clients, particularly in the luxury sector. You will play a key role in managing and inspiring our team of designers, ensuring consistency and precision in all our projects, while paying particular attention to campaign creation, branding, and typography.
We offer a full-time permanent position (CDI) in our St-François office, in the heart of Lausanne. What we are looking for
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with significant experience as a senior designer or art director, and proven expertise in both the Swiss and international markets, particularly in the luxury sector.
- Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, digital design, UX/UI principles, and a strong passion for typography and branding.
- International vision: Ability to understand and adapt to different cultures and global trends, particularly in the luxury field.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading creative teams, with a keen sense of communication and collaboration.
- Attention to detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and rigorous approach to work, especially in branding and typographic design.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English is essential; Swiss German is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Creation and design: Develop impactful visual concepts, with a particular focus on creating strong and coherent brand identities, adapted to different markets and cultures, while meeting the demands of our prestigious clients, particularly in the Swiss and international markets.
- Art direction: Oversee the artistic direction of projects, from briefing to delivery, ensuring the quality and relevance of the visuals produced, with a passion for typographic details and luxury design.
- Team management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Trend monitoring: Keep up with global trends in design, branding, and typography to maintain an innovative and cutting-edge approach in all our projects.
- Project management: Coordinate design projects, adhering to deadlines and allocated budgets, while maintaining smooth communication with other departments and clients.
- Standardization and precision: Develop and maintain high-quality standards across all aspects of print and digital design.
