We are proud to celebrate deRham’s 125 years of existence, a milestone in Vaud’s real estate scene. Drawing on its rich history, our goal was to craft the company’s new 2024 communications strategy, taking its historic jubilee as a point of reference.
Our goal: celebrate the anniversary, but above all shape the present. To draw on 125 years of history to look ahead to the next 125, anticipating future challenges.
We devised a concept around the message “125 good reasons to choose deRham” and developed visuals that showcase the company’s various services, apartments, premises and real estate, coupled with reasons to look forward to an innovative future alongside deRham’s various customers and prospects.
We also evolved the company’s existing branding (typography, colors, and composition) while aiming to reach a varied audience with adapted and differentiated messages.
